Our Mission

Is to bring you home-style cooked food away from home. Many of our customers are hard working people away from their families for months at a time. Giving a place for them to eat comfort food and to treat them as family. To have a place where they can call home. We are proud to serve both sides of the river.

With two locations:

one in Boutte, LA on highway 90

and one in Metairie, LA on Airline Dr.

Our Story

​

After Hurricane Katrina, we lost everything. Our home in New Orleans East was devastated. My mom lost her job due to the business relocating. With no options, she decided to buy a restaurant with no knowledge of how to operate one. With only one thing on her mind was to support her family after the devastation of Hurricane Katrina. Years later the restaurant you see now is still thriving. With the mindset to bring customers home-style meals away from home. Family owned and operated spreading the love to our customers.
